This project is a new Primary Care Centre (PCC) at St. Marys Health Campus, Gurranabraher, Cork.

The building is being constructed on an area that was occupied by two former Orthopaedic Hospital blocks which were demolished to facilitate the construction of the Primary Care Centre. It involves the construction of a 3 story concrete frame and precast floor structure, clad in part with glazed curtain walling, block work and insulated render with brick feature paneling.

The works also include the internal fit out the entire building into cellular spaces for primary care services along with the external upgrade of the campus entrance, formation of a new car park and the general upgrade of the road network and associated drainage, power and lighting schemes.
